You can test Zoho CRM Plus for 30 days with ten users for free. The trial includes sales automation, a salesperson email client, visitor tracking, help desk, project collaboration, marketing automation, social media, customer surveys, activity management, metrics & KPIs, and team communications.

Every user needs a license, regardless of which application he or she actually uses. It is not possible for user A to use Zoho CRM, for example, and user B to use Zoho Desk under the same license.

Yes, that works, but only for authorized users (owners, administrators). Log in to Zoho CRM Plus using your e-mail address and password. Click on the image in the upper right corner of the start page and in the following drop-down menu on Settings. On the Admin Panel page, hover over the Owner field and click Change Owner. In the following text box, enter the new name of the owner. This will open another drop-down menu with all matching usernames. Select a new owner and click Change to update the owner's name.
