IoT and Artificial Intelligence can make a valuable contribution to successfully mastering these challenges. However, there are several considerations to keep in mind. Using specific customer examples, the essential tasks and preparations for the successful implementation of these technologies will be highlighted. The presentation will also explore what the future holds and how IoT and AI can optimally complement each other, demonstrated through a Maintenance Large Language Model (LLM).
