CEO Elisabetta Castiglioni brings many years of leadership experience from international senior management positions in the technology, media and telecommunications industries. Most recently, as CEO of Siemens Global Media Business, she was part of the Siemens IT Solution and Services division. Under her leadership, a globally successful business unit was created with leading media and entertainment companies among its clients. At MCI, now Verizon Business, as EMEA Product Marketing Director, she was responsible for launching innovative data solutions for the business market and was responsible for network expansion projects in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. Born in Italy, she studied business administration at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and received her doctorate at the Technical University of Munich. After working in Germany and the UK, Castiglioni also served as a supervisory board member of Telekom Austria Group in Austria from 2013 to 2016.
Roland Haidner has been CFO and Managing Director of A1 Digital International as well as A1 Digital Germany since January 2017. Since September 2017, he has also been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Swiss branch of Akenes (Exoscale) in Lausanne. Roland Haidner held various board positions at foreign subsidiaries in CEE such as the A1 Bulgaria and Vip mobile (Republic of Serbia). He was responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions during his return to Vienna in 2012. Born in Vienna, he started his career in consulting and completed his studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business with a focus on controlling, strategy and CEE. He brings his intercultural skills from DACH and CEE as well as his disciplined cost management and hands-on mentality to the joint success of A1 Digital's clients.
Mathias Nöbauer is a Member of the Management Team at A1 Digital Nöbauer as Director of Cloud & IT Services, completing his Master's degree in Software Engineering at the University of Brighton and his MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Most recently, he led Solution Sales for the Cloud, Enterprise, and Application Platform at Microsoft. Prior to that, he spent several years at HP in international roles, including sales and implementation of strategic and complex customer projects in Western Europe.
As A1 Director of Digital Sales Germany, Larry Terwey is responsible for positioning the company as a full-service provider for digitalisation solutions in Germany. As an accomplished IoT and experienced sales expert, Larry Terwey has held different positions at companies such as Axeda, ThingWorx, PTC, and Microsoft. As IoT Evangelist and Sales Director at Accenture, he implemented numerous digitisation solutions. Most recently, Terwey was responsible for the German-speaking region (DACH) at SAS as IoT & Analytics Sales Director Manufacturing.
In addition to his role as Director of ICT Services at A1 Telekom Austria AG, Martin Fluch has assumed the role of IT & Operations Director at A1 Digital. At the beginning of his career, Fluch founded two successful companies in the telecommunications and IT industry. He later held various positions in telecom companies, where he worked mainly in the areas of business development and post merger integration as well as technology management. Martin Fluch has been with A1 since 2009 and has been Head of ICT Services since 2012. In 2015, he was awarded the CIO Award as IT Manager of the Year for his work.
Francis Cepero (Director of Vertical Market Solutions)
Francis Cepero brings more than 20 years of experience in business software and vertical market solutions to his position as Director of Vertical Market Solutions. Cepero previously was Head of Innovation and Technology for Media, Sports and Entertainment at SAP SE. Cepero holds a master's degree in physics and international marketing and has completed various post-graduate programmes at Columbia University, as well as at INSEAD and MIT.
Jens Tinapp (Director of Marketing & Customer Experience)
Jens Tinapp has 25 years of marketing experience, which he has amassed in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), entertainment, gaming and IT industries at international corporations. Tinapp started his professional career at GfK in 1993. Since 1999, he has held various marketing positions at Bacardi and spent two years at Danone. Joining Microsoft was a defining moment in Jens Tinapp's career: Within 12 years, he expanded his knowledge of consumer software & hardware as well as Cloud in various positions and taught his expertise as a digital native. Most recently, he held the position of Windows&Office 365 Marketing Lead. At A1 Digital, Tinapp is responsible for all marketing activities.
With Thomas Snor, A1 Digital has an expert in security on board to offer customers optimal protection and secure service. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of information security and has already led complex information security solutions in the DACH area as a consultant. Most recently, Thomas Snor, whose core competencies include the development and provision of security solutions for companies, was responsible for the Austrian market at NTT Security.
Stefan van Randenborgh (Director of Partnering & Indirect Sales)
Stefan van Randenborgh is Director of Partnering & Indirect Channel member of the management team at A1 Digital. Stefan van Randenborgh graduated in economics from the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and completed his Master in Business Administration at the Monterey Institute of International Studies in California. Most recently at Nokia, he led organisations on partner management, IoT, and Webscale Customer. Prior to that, he was responsible for strategy, M&A and partnering for Siemens and Nokia Siemens Networks in several international roles including strategy, M&A and partnering, and partner of an international management consultancy.
Nicolai Czink is Director of Strategy and New Markets in Castiglioni's team. Czink graduated in Electrical Engineering/Communications Technology from the Vienna University of Technology and received his doctorate in these subjects in 2007. After research stays in Vienna and at Stanford University, Czink joined McKinsey & Company in 2011, most recently as an Associate Partner, and led various projects in the areas of Digital Strategy & Implementation as well as High-Tech/Telco/Cloud Innovation.
Barbara Halbertschlager is head of Human Resources at A1 Digital and she helped shape the development of A1 Digital GmbH from Start. She has previously led international HR projects with a focus on talent acquisition & employer branding and was HR Business Partner of the A1 Group. She completed her studies in business psychology at the University of Vienna.
