Abstract: Wie wird aus dem viel zitierten Zielbild von Unabhängigkeit und Entscheidungsfreiheit konkrete Realität? Und wie weit kann digitale Souveränität heute überhaupt pragmatisch erreicht werden – jenseits politischer Forderungen und theoretischer Modelle?Im World Café arbeiten die Teilnehmenden genau daran: In rotierenden Runden bringen sie Perspektiven aus Wirtschaft, Verwaltung und Technologie zusammen, um gemeinsam ein realistisches Bild zu entwickeln. Statt reiner Diskussion entsteht Schritt für Schritt ein gemeinsames Ergebnis – eine praxisnahe Sammlung von Ansätzen, Leitlinien und konkreten Maßnahmen.Im Mittelpunkt stehen Fragen wie: Wo stehen wir heute wirklich? Was sind die größten Bremsklötze? Wo lohnt sich Investition – und wo nicht? Und welche Strategien für „machbare Souveränität“ haben sich bereits bewährt?Ziel ist es, gemeinsam eine greifbare Orientierung zu entwickeln – eine Art Checkliste für Organisationen, die ihre digitale Souveränität pragmatisch stärken wollen. Kein theoretisches Idealbild, sondern ein realistischer Plan, der im Alltag funktioniert.
