Incorporating data
Interfaces transfer real-time and historical data to planning, scheduling, or controlling. This reduces the need for manual data transfers and simplifies project assignment and data reconciliation.
Use the web application and mobile apps for our fleet management solutions to access real-time locations, logbook data, alerts, zones, and reports. This allows you to manage vehicles, machinery, and mobile objects centrally, regardless of your location.
With our fleet management programs, you can consolidate vehicle, asset, and driver data in one central location and unlock its full potential. Locations, trips, alerts, maintenance, and more are clearly displayed in our user interface. This allows you to identify areas requiring action sooner and manage tasks more effectively. Our mobile apps support companies directly in their day-to-day operations, thereby reducing the need for manual coordination and streamlining processes.

Compare usage, activities, and operational data across vehicles, machines, and assets. This reveals untapped capacity and supports better deployment decisions.
Business trips and personal trips are clearly distinguished from one another. Change histories and logs support tax documentation and internal audits.
Roles and permissions determine who can view or edit which information. This helps you protect sensitive data and reduce your administrative workload.

Mileage, operating hours, and maintenance cycles help with predictable service coordination. Our fleet maintenance software allows you to organize workshop appointments more clearly and reduce the risk of unplanned downtime.
Access your data 24/7 from anywhere! The “Commander” web program is at the heart of our fleet management solution. Your data is processed in the fleet management software, which provides you with a wide range of features and reports.
With our Service app, you can document the installation of telematics hardware: The object (e.g., vehicle) is “virtually” connected to the hardware, object details are entered, the installation location and the object are photographed, and finally, a live signal test is performed.
The resulting installation log can be viewed in the Commander fleet telematics software. The log review feature is also available as an option.
Tip: You can also use the Service app to create damage reports and other mobile workflows.
With the R-Cockpit app, companies can access live location data and object details for all vehicles, machines, and mobile objects 24/7 while on the go.
Thanks to location-independent real-time tracking and the ability to view historical travel routes, you can easily optimize your operational processes. In addition, you can receive and view alert notifications.
With the R-Drive app, you can access your digital logbook on your smartphone. Drivers can log in and out of a vehicle, switch between business and personal trips, and enter optional information such as the reason for the trip and the destination or customer.
All driver entries are stored simultaneously and centrally in the logbook section of the Commander software, which reduces administrative workload.
Of course, the digital logbooks meet the requirements of the tax authorities in Austria and Germany.
The R-Beacon app reads the beacons attached to valuable objects that are in the vicinity of your smartphone. Your smartphone's location is linked to the object and transmitted to the Commander fleet management software as the object's location. By the way: This works even when the app isn't currently running in the foreground!
When the R-BEACON app is active, no information about the smartphone or its owner is transmitted—and therefore no personal data is transmitted. All data is transmitted anonymously.
Fleet management software, also fleet telematics software, helps companies manage vehicles, machinery, and mobile assets digitally. It makes fleet data actionable and links operational tasks with analytics. This includes trips, locations, alerts, maintenance, roles, reports, and interfaces.
The costs depend on the deployment scenario. Factors that play a role include the number of vehicles, required features, hardware, data sources, integrations, and services. A1 Digital will review your requirements and prepare a customized quote for your fleet.
A1 Digital offers several telematics applications for various tasks: These include the Commander web application, the Service app, the R-Cockpit app, the R-Drive app, and the R-Beacon app. Commander serves as the central management software for fleet data, functions, and reports. The R-Drive app supports the digital logbook on a smartphone. The R-Cockpit app displays live location data and object details while on the go. The Service app documents the installation, servicing, and diagnostics of telematics hardware. The R-Beacon app supports the tracking of small objects via beacons.
Telematics hardware, vehicle data, and other data sources provide information to the fleet telematics software. There, the data is processed, structured, and made available in views, reports, or mobile workflows. Teams access up-to-date data and complete tasks based on their roles.
Typical features include real-time tracking, trip history, geofencing, digital logbook, alarm management, maintenance management, and reporting. Additional features support roles, permissions, interfaces, data exports, and integration with existing systems. This allows the software to adapt to a variety of fleet management processes.
