The Challenge:
In order to transmit the sports data, the worldwide network, consisting of more than 7000 reporters uses various transmission technologies: voice-based via call centers, digitally via DTMF tones or IP-based. Sportradar currently operates more than 800 Android devices worldwide with its own customized firmware, which are equipped with SIM cards. This is the only way to achieve comprehensive coverage of sports with a very high number of games.
The Solution:
Sportradar decided to cooperate with A1 Digital International GmbH, as the managed connectivity solution offered together with the SIM cards also met non-daily business requirements. As an integral part of the connectivity solution, the Bulk SIM Management Platform “SIMplify” can efficiently and automatically manage large amounts of SIM cards and define scenarios or parameters for any incidents.
